Thanks to all our customers, vendors, partners and employees for making 2011 a great year for 4D! We achieved significant growth in bookings and revenue, in part due to the introduction of our all-new AccuFiz® product line, which sets a new standard for performance and value in shop-floor Fizeau interferometers. The AccuFiz is available with 100mm and 150mm apertures; wavelengths of 633nm, 532nm and 1053nm; resolutions of 0.36 and 1.4 million pixels, and with an optional dynamic mode for operation in demanding environments. The innovative, compact design has many user-friendly features that make measurement and reporting a breeze, while its state-of-the-art imaging system reveals a wealth of details so you can see what you’ve been missing.
Last year we also developed and delivered a high-speed interferometer capable of measuring reflected and transmitted wavefront at over 1000 frames per second. The rapid acquisition capability provides insight into a wide range of transient events such as thermal, mechanical, and acoustic shocks that can be observed in precision machined surfaces, adaptive optics, aerodynamics and fluidic flow.
Finally, our NanoCam™ product line enjoyed full commercial release last year bringing Dynamic Interferometry® to the microscope. It is complemented by a full range of accessories for portable and remote measurement of surface roughness and nano-topology of both large and micro structures.
As we begin our 10th year in operation, we have a renewed commitment to provide high quality products and services that enable our customers' success in a wide range of industries. We have a proud tradition of innovation starting with our introduction of the PhaseCam a decade ago, which matured into a robust product offering and positioned 4D as the leader in Dynamic Interferometry.
