4D Technology's FizCam 2000 dynamic laser interferometer uses a short coherence source that allows you to isolate fringes for each face of a retroreflector. With the fringes isolated you can accurately measure each surface independently, as well as the angles between the faces. 4Sight software, included with all 4D interferometers, offers comprehensive corner cube masking and analysis features, providing surface data for all faces, beam deviation, the angles between all faces, and retroreflection errors.
