4D Technology provides cost effective upgrade kits to refurbish and enhance older temporal phase shifting laser interferometer systems. 4D’s extensive optical metrology experience and hands-on expertise with these systems offers owners an outstanding source of support for extending the life of older systems.
4D laser interferometer upgrades begin by increasing computer power for overall system reliability. 4Sight, 4D’s powerful wavefront analysis software, provides comprehensive analysis, filtering, visualization and output tools, making older systems more powerful than ever.
A standard upgrade kit includes a new, high-speed computer system, framegrabber and ADC boards, 4Sight software and detailed user manuals. The self-installation upgrade is designed for easy setup. Custom factory upgrades can include repairs and or replacement parts such as PZT drivers, new lasers and other hardware.
4Sight upgrade kits are available for MiniFIZ models from ADE Phase Shift®, and interferometer systems from Buccini, WYKO®, Bruker, Veeco®, and Zygo®.
