PhaseCam Customizations Description
The PhaseCam® 6000 is an extremely compact and lightweight dynamic laser interferometer for measurement of optics and optical systems. With an easy-to-position, fiber-coupled measurement head and motorized controls, the PhaseCam 6000 is ideal for measuring large, focal optical systems such as concave telescope mirrors and lens systems, as well as small-aperture, afocal components such as flat mirrors and collimators.
The PhaseCam 6000 incorporates Dynamic Interferometry® technology, using a single camera, high-speed optical phase sensor to make wavefront measurements in less than 30 microseconds— over 5000 times faster than a temporal phase shifting interferometer. Because acquisition time is so short, the PhaseCam can be used without vibration isolation or turbulence control, making it ideally suited for use in situ on production equipment, in clean rooms and in environmental test chambers.

What to expect
Operating with HeNe (632.8 nm), or 1053 nm or 1064 nm infra-red lasers (and some custom wavelengths,) PhaseCam is a small aperture surface measuring and wavefront transmission measuring interferometer for measuring optics in their functional wavelength.
With super-fast acquisition times, it’s ideal for long optical-path measurement of large focal systems, as well as deformable mirrors and adaptive optics. It’s highly popular in measuring concave telescopes mirrors and lens systems. It’s also great for testing small aperture afocal components like flat mirrors and collimators.
